Why SEE starts in Tbilisi
Our first meetups happened here, our team is based here and our first micro-groups will form here. Why we are starting small, and starting at home.
SEE did not begin in a distant market. It began in Tbilisi.
It started here
Our story starts in 2023 at TSU, where we curated small offline spaces by hand under the name SEEvrce. The movement grew into Youth Space of Georgia, and our core team met through those very first meetups. The idea has always been tied to this city and the people in it.
Starting at home
The first SEE micro-groups will form in Tbilisi. We know the community, we know where people meet, and we can be present at the first gatherings ourselves. That matters for a product whose whole point is people meeting in real life.
A limited first cohort
Spots in the first cohort are limited. Joining the waitlist gives you priority access when they open. Keeping the first groups small lets us pay attention to every one of them, which is exactly what SEE is about.
What comes next
We are building the technology to take a model that already works offline and make it available to everyone. We will share more as it takes shape.
